BIRTHDAY CONTEST RULES

„Celebrate with us 10 years of Stary Młyn!”

The organizer of the contest is Gul Marek, a company based at Strzeszyn 7, 78-445 Łubowo; VAT ID: 526-217-48-44, REGON 140635833, which owns the Stary Młyn Strzeszyn property.

§ 1. General Provisions
These rules, hereinafter referred to as the "Rules", define the terms and conditions of participation in the contest "Celebrate with us 10 years of Stary Młyn!" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest").The organizer of the Contest is Stary Młyn Strzeszyn, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".The Contest runs from April 15, 2025, to August 30, 2025.

§ 2. Conditions of Participation
The Contest is open to any adult individual who:

• Has made an individual reservation and paid for a stay at Stary Młyn for at least 3 days (2 nights) during the period from April 15 to August 30, 2025,
• Has expressed consent to participate in the Contest by filling out a consent form at the reception or an online form sent after making the reservation,
• Has completed the contest task: Describe your best memory from your stay at Stary Młyn.
• The Contest is exclusively for individual direct bookings – it does not include group bookings or bookings made through intermediaries.

§ 3. Course of the Contest and Prizes
The winners will be selected on August 30, 2025, at the Stary Młyn Strzeszyn headquarters.The selection will be made by a three-person commission appointed by the Organizer.The winners will receive the following prizes:

• 1st place – Voucher for a weekend stay for two people (any available weekend for booking, to be used within a period individually agreed with the Organizer),
• 2nd place – Discount voucher: 20% off a stay for two people for two nights,
• 3rd place – Voucher for a carriage ride or a sauna session (choice of one).

All prizes are valid for one year from the award date, i.e., until August 30, 2026.Prizes are non-transferable to third parties.The winner will be notified of their prize by phone or email within 7 days after the end of the contest.

§ 4. Final Provisions
Participation in the Contest means acceptance of these Rules.By entering the Contest, the participant agrees to allow the Organizer to use their contest answer for marketing purposes and to publish information about the prize in the Organizer’s marketing channels.The Organizer reserves the right to change the Rules for important reasons, but such changes must not violate any rights acquired by participants.The Rules are available on the Stary Młyn website and at the property’s reception.

The winners will be notified of their prize by phone or email within 7 days after the end of the contest.
